Minecraft 1.18 servers
The second release of the «Caves & Cliffs» update is available on Minecraft 1.18 servers. It added new world generation with deeper caves and rocks, and even a brand new music disc. The game now has six new biomes: «Meadow», «Grove», «Snowy Slopes», «Jagged Peaks», «Frozen Peaks», and «Stony Peaks». Caves are now -59 blocks deep! It's incredible. Also, Minecraft 1.18 servers received many fixes that improve the gameplay. All this became possible thanks to the fans of the game who send bug reports to Mojang. Interesting facts about Minecraft 1.18
Minecraft 1.18 update added a new music disc from Lena Raine titled «Otherside». It can be found on rare occasions in stronghold corridor chests or much more rarely in dungeon chests and has a blue and green color to the ring area of the disc. Ocean biomes temperatures now match land biome temperatures. Frozen oceans now only generate within snowy taigas or snowy plains, as well as snowy beaches. Cold oceans now only generate within taigas, old growth taigas and some plains and forests. Normal oceans now only generate within plains, forests, birch forests and dark forests. Lukewarm oceans now only generate within savannas, jungles and sometimes plains and forests. Warm oceans now only generate within deserts or badlands.
